Hebe FAQ
(see also Hebe
troubleshooting)
Q Can I make photocopies of Hebe items?
A Only for your own use and for use in classes and performances in
which you are yourself a participant. If other people want Hebe files,
tell them to go to the Hebe site and get them themselves.
Q When will I receive my files?
A It varies, because the files are sent semi-automatically and need some
manual checking. So if you don't get your files immediately, be patient.
You will receive them usually within a few hours, but very occasionally
they may take a day or even rarely two days.
Q Are Hebe files legal?
A All Hebe files are fully legal and all are copyrighted.
Q My PayPal payment went to Tecla, not Hebe.
A Hebe is a division of Tecla, and Hebe payments go to the Tecla
PayPal account.
Q What's Hebe's Web?
A It's the name of a previous website for Hebe, before Hebe Online (www.hebeonline.com).
Q What's the difference between Hebe and Tecla?
A Hebe is for online material, Tecla is for printed material.
Some items are available in both Hebe and Tecla, other items are only
in Hebe or only in Tecla.
Q The Hebe system doesn’t seem to be working.
A Maybe there is a temporary problem. Check on the Hebe home page for service announcements.
Q What's the little angel?
A It's a detail from a picture by Giovanni
Battista Rosso.
